They will finally complete the series with the last Test owing to be played at the legendary Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai from November 1.

Their current positions in the ICC Men’s Test Rankings and the WTC rankings look quite convincing to give the NZ team a boost, so New Zealand now is in the sixth position in the ICC Men’s Test Rankings and also in the WTC rankings after being humbled by 0-2 against Sri Lanka.

Normal captain Tom Latham will be without Kane Williamson, their other key batsman, for this Test due to a groin injury.

New Zealand’s replacement is New Zealand’s Mark Chapman. New Zealand would hope this is a chance to improve their recent dismal form.

India continues to be ahead with 22 victories from 62 Test games against New Zealand. The two sides met in a last series in 2021. India swept the series 1-0.

The matches would be broadcast through 18 Sports and Colors Cineplex channels live, with online streaming on Jio Cinema.
